Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes with the whole team. In the High Performance Team option there are 12 one-hour sessions at the company's premises, with that company's team only. In Portugal, António Ribeiro is the Engage and Grow Master Franchiser.

Not in the classic sense. There are no lectures: at each step the team works together on its own reality, and leadership is lived rather than taught.
