ActionCOACH Porto S.A. (ActionCOACH Porto) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. This document explains which user information is collected through our website, email marketing campaigns and the services we provide, and how ActionCOACH Porto uses that data.

Confidentiality
All communications, verbal or written, between the Client, ActionCOACH Porto and its service providers are confidential.
Data protection
- The Client authorises and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by ActionCOACH Porto under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- ActionCOACH Porto undertakes to comply with personal data protection laws and all other rules aimed at protecting the processing of personal data, civil liberties and the fundamental rights of individuals and legal entities, in particular personal and family privacy.
- The controller of the Client’s personal data, in the scope of the contracted services, is António Ribeiro, who can be contacted at antoniotomeribeiro@actioncoach.com.
- When contracting services, ActionCOACH Porto asks the Client for the following mandatory personal data: name, email, address, mobile number, tax number, citizen card number, marital status, education, gender and date of birth. This data is used to provide the contracted service and to communicate with the Client in order to deliver a quality service and resolve any question related to the coaching service. The Client may withdraw consent at any time by writing to antoniotomeribeiro@actioncoach.com.
- By law, ActionCOACH Porto must send the tax number shown on invoices to the Portuguese Tax Authority. It may also share the Client’s personal data, strictly as necessary, with entities and staff whose collaboration is essential to provide the requested service. Offers, discounts and benefits are sent by email, together with information on how to stop receiving them. The Client may opt out at any time by writing to antoniotomeribeiro@actioncoach.com.
- ActionCOACH Porto deletes the Client’s personal data if no service is requested for 3 consecutive years. If the Client withdraws consent, ActionCOACH Porto will delete their personal data within 1 month.
- ActionCOACH Porto keeps transactional data for longer periods to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and sales law and for warranty purposes).
- As a rule, data subjects have the following rights: access; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; portability; objection; and the right not to be subject to automated decisions. These rights are not absolute. Where processing is based on consent, the Client may withdraw it at any time. The Client may contact ActionCOACH Porto with a privacy complaint, which will be assessed with a view to resolving it quickly and efficiently.
- You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD). This information does not exclude the data subject’s right to request information under Article 15 of the GDPR.
